Marc Fleischaker "is chairman of Arent Fox. In addition, he maintains an active legal practice in a number of areas, including trade association representation, environmental law, antitrust law, litigation, and civil rights law.

He has also participated in many other non-profit activities, including serving on the board of directors for groups such as the Council for Court Excellence.
