Marek Kwiek

Dr. Marek Kwiek "is a professor in the department of philosophy and Director of the Center for Public Policy at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland. An analyst of higher-education reforms in Poland and Ukraine, he has participated in projects supported by the Open Society Institute in Budapest, the European Commission in Brussels, and USAID concerning reform in higher education. During his fellowship, he worked on a book about the reinvention of the university and the promotion of democratic values in Central Europe."
