Biographical Information

"Mark Kenber is an economist who has worked on environmental issues for nearly twenty years in non-governmental organisations, the public and private sectors. Currently Chief Executive of The Climate Group, Mark has also been Senior Policy Officer at WWF’s International Climate Change Programme, Director of Planning at Fundacion Natura, Ecuador’s largest environmental organisation, and climate change advisor to the Ecuadorian government. He is the co-founder of the CDM Gold Standard and the Verified Carbon Standard, the most widely used standard in the international voluntary carbon market. "[1]
