Michael Ikhariale (Nigeria)

"Ikhariale is a professor and former dean of law at Lagos State University. He is a member of the board of governors of the Civil Liberties Organisation (CLO), one of Nigeria's premier human rights NGOs. In addition to a large number of scholarly articles, he writes a weekly column in the Vanguard, a nationally known newspaper. At Harvard, he focused on the link between human rights and development, with particular attention to Nigeria. His proposed study is entitled: "The Imperatives of Human Rights to Contemporary Developmental Strategies."" [1]
