Neutral and Impartial Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia

"NICFEC, registered on 25th June 1998 at the Ministry of Interior, is a coalition of local Cambodian NGOs, working together on election education and monitoring issues. Its members include: Architect Cultural Association, Cambodian Development Association". [1]

The NDI "continued to support two local election monitoring organizations - the Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia (COMFREL) and the Neutral and Impartial Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia (NICFEC)-to implement the Parliament Watch program." [2]
