Olivier de Schutter

Olivier de Schutter was appointed as the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food on March 26, 2008.[1] In a report presented to the UN Human Rights Council in March 2011, De Schutter announced findings that agroecology is the best way to reduce chronic hunger while simultaneously preparing for the climate crisis.[2]
