OSI Restaurant Partners, formerly Outback Steakhouse, is the third largest casual-dining restaurant chain after Darden Restaurants and Brinker International. They have restaurants in 20 other countries besides the US. Their main brand is Outback Steakhouse which serves steak in Australian-themed surroundings although the restaurant is not from Australia. It originated in Tampa, Florida in 1988. Other brands are Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Roy’s, Lee Roy Selmon's, Cheeseburger in Paradise, and Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits.
