Paul Georgia is an environmental policy analyst, but he has no background in physics and has gotten basic physical facts wrong when discussing global warming.

Temperature doesn't exist

State of the Congress resolution

Paul Georgia was author of the Republican Policy committee's attack on the Climate Change Sense of the Congress Resolution.

Harvard Physicist John Holdren debunked his attack, calling it "loaded with misleading assertions, misrepresentations, and misunderstandings ... not only inconsistent with the best current scientific understanding and with elementary logic; they are also inconsistent with many of the Bush Administration's own statements on the issue."
