Pep Fuller

Pep Fuller "currently serves as President of Fuller International Associates. Prior to that he worked as the Senior International Representative at Oceana, a non-profit international advocacy organization dedicated to protecting and restoring the world's oceans through policy advocacy, science, law and public education. His work involved developing an action plan for carrying out the oceans and chemical agreements reached at the World Summit on Sustainable Development; U.S. ratification of the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea, and drafting changes to U.S. law to implement the U.N. Convention on Persistent Organic Pesticides. Previously, Pep served as the Counselor for International Affairs at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in the Office of Pollution Prevention, Pesticides and Toxics. From 1983-1990 Mr. Fuller served as the Director for Chemical and Advanced Technology Trade Policy at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. In the 1970’s Mr. Fuller worked at the Environmental Protection Agency as Director of International Programs in the Office of Toxics and Integration and before that held various executive positions in the Office of International Activities at the EPA. Mr. Fuller received his B.A. at the University of Mississippi, completed studies in German Law and Philosophy at the University of Munich Graduate Studies, and received his J.D. from the University of Virginia, and LL.M from Georgetown.“ [1]
