The Public Diplomacy Fund (PDF) is an internal resource for the UK's Foreign & Commonwealth Office's "overseas Posts to undertake public diplomacy activity in support of their local public diplomacy objectives and the UK's International Strategic Priorities." [1]

According to their 2005-06 Annual Report their Connecting Muslim Youth project was set up. They note that:

"To better engage with the Islamic world and to combat radicalisation, the British Embassy in The Hague organised an event that brought together young Muslims from the UK and the Netherlands. Participants compared their experiences and ideas and looked for ways in which the two countries might co-operate in the future."
