The Richard Lounsbery Foundation, linked to the global warming doubter George C. Marshall Institute, "aims to enhance national strengths in science and technology" and "to achieve high impact by funding novel projects and forward-looking leaders."

People

David Abshire serves as the Foundation's board chairman and president; George Marshall Institute chairman William Happer is a Foundation board member and its vice present.

Entities funded

The foundation has funded Global warming doubter Fred Singer's Science and Environmental Policy Project and the Marshall Institute's Environmental Literacy Council[1], as well as the Wikipedia Foundation [1].

It has been listed as one of the top conservative funders of colleges in the United States.[2]
