"The Society has offices at the London International Development Centre in Gordon Square, London. It has branches in Bristol and Scotland. Its Director is Richard Dowden, a journalist working on Africa for more than 20 years, formerly Africa Editor of The Independent and The Economist and author of Africa: Altered States, Ordinary Miracles.
