Biography

Samuel B. Witt III was former General Counsel for R.J. Reynolds and he worked for Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice. (PMI's Introduction to Privilege Log and Glossary of Names, Estate of Burl Butler v. PMI, et al, April 19, 1996). He served as Vice President & General Counsel and was a Member of the Board of Directors of Council for Tobacco Research in 1981. (Source: R.J. Reynolds Who's Who NMLRP). S. B.
