Scott D. Ballin (Coalition on Smoking and Health Chairman)

Biography

Scott D. Ballin, J.D. was a Chairman in 1994 for the Coalition on Smoking and Health, an anti-smoking group representing the American Cancer Society, the American Lung Association and the American Heart Association (NYT 5/13/94). Ballin is Vice President and Legislative Counsel for the American Heart Association for the Coalition on Smoking and Health, Washington DC (Waxman notice 3/25/94). Ballin spoke at the Waxman subcommittee hearings on 3/25/94. Ballin spoke on ABC's "Day One" program.
