Slate magazine

Slate magazine is an online general readership magazine founded by Microsoft in 1996, but sold to the Washington Post in 2004. Their founding editor was Michael Kinsley. [1]

Its website describes the magazine as "a general-interest publication offering analysis and commentary about politics, news, and culture." [2]
