Stanley M. Rosenblatt was the Plaintiff's attorney in the class action case of Norma Broin et al v. the tobacco industry. He litigates with his wife, Miami attorney Susan Rosenblatt.
Biography
Stanley M. Rosenblatt is an attorney in Miami, Florida, who served as the plaintiffs' attorney in the landmark flight attendants' secondhand smoke class action lawsuit in Florida state court. He was also the plaintiffs' attorney in the Howard Engle et al suit, a class action suit brought by addicted smokers in Florida state court.
