Biographical Information

"Actor, writer, and musician Stephen Collins may be best known for his role as Rev. Camden on the long-running series 7th Heaven. His career spans television, movies, and theatre and he’s starred in seven Broadway shows, eight miniseries, five television series (including this season’s No Ordinary Family for ABC), eighteen films, and dozens of tv programs. He has co-starred with Sigourney Weaver, Diane Keaton, Ann-Margret, and Julie Andrews and was nominated for an Emmy for The Two Mrs. Grenvilles. He played the role of JFK in the Emmy award-winning miniseries A Woman Named Jackie, has authored two novels, and, with the late Ron Silver and Christopher Reeve, founded the New York-based arts advocacy group, The Creative Coalition."
