Previously, she served as the Director of Health Law Policy at the National Partnership for Women and Families and worked on Capitol Hill for Rep. Nita M. Lowey (D-NY). Specializing in reproductive health and genetic policy, Ms. Baruch founded and created the Coalition for Genetic Fairness, which promotes legislation to prevent genetic discrimination." [1]
