restructuring the FERC page

Hi everyone--- I'm going to be working to beef-up the FERC page. I want to add a bunch of content about current events. Latest updates were from 2009, six years ago! One thing is the opening paragraph. It's really off-topic (FERC does not regulate nuclear power), comment about nuclear power, and by a former commissioner. I am really contemplating deletion of this, as it seems to be mostly obsolete. Thoughts? -- Bhuston (talk) 19:14, 25 May 2015 (EDT)
