I removed two rows removed from this table and am leaving this note just in case there is question about it later or corrections are needed.

One was for Distinguished Party Leader David Wilhelm, who is actually an Ohio delegate (and listed in that table, although only as 'DNC David Wilhelm', not 'DPL David Wilhelm'.)

The other was DNC John Stroger Jr., who recently passed away (see here for more). As far as I understand, his seat is simply removed from the tally, but it may technically be 'Vacant' as well.
