Monsanto mercury emissions and emotional lability links?

Having traveled and stayed in many areas of the US I've noticed that there is a relatively large incidence of people, in the environs of Birmingham, with self admitted cases of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder (BP) and what can only be described as borderline personality disorder (BPD), in comparison with other areas of the country.

Emotional lability is a major component of these illnesses and also a major symptom of mercury poisoning. Mercury - Erethism, DSM IV TR

Check out http://movies.commons.ucalgary.ca/mercury/. About mercury, another thing to keep in mind is that the fillings in your mouth are 50% mercury. :-/

Note: 7/30/07 changed page name from "Monsanto and the pollution of Anniston, Alabama" to "Monsanto and the pollution of Anniston, Alabama - and the World" to reflect the fact that pollution originating with Monsanto is global. 7/31 moved this talk page over to. Hopefully the originals can be redirected or deleted. --Miocene 08:23, 31 July 2007 (EDT)
