Ties to the Koch brothers

Organizations with links to the Koch brothers have reported giving funding to the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, including DonorsTrust, Donors Capital Fund, and the Charles G. Koch Foundation, which is one of the Koch Family Foundations.

Mark Mix, the Foundation's president, attended the June 2010 Koch Strategy Group Meeting. He spoke on a panel entitled "Mobilizing Citizens for November" along with Koch operative Sean Noble, Karl Crow of Themis, and Tim Phillips of Americans for Prosperity.[1]

Reporting by PR Watch notes that "at least three former Koch associates work as attorneys for the NRTWLDF."[2]
