Main St Membership

I deleted the statement that Stevens "is a member of The Republican Main Street Partnership". Their website http://www.republicanmainstreet.org/members.htm doesn't list him as a member. --Bob Burton 21:21, 4 Jul 2006 (EDT)

I also deleted the following section which was appeanded to the end of the first par in the "Ethics questions" section. Neither of these comments are all that relevant in addressing the specific points raised. "Despite the California newspaper's story, many Alaska residents reacted with minimal interest, calling coincidental overlapping involvement unavoidable in a state of approximately 600,000 people.
