"Global warming" vs. "climate change"

I decided to call this article "U.S. congressional action on climate change" rather than "U.S. congressional action on global warming" because it has been widely acknowledged in the scientific community that the global warming phenomenon will result in the climate changing in ways not limited to warming in some areas.--Conor Kenny 15:12, 8 March 2007 (EST)
