The May 2007 National Energy Technology Laboratory coal plant database mentioned a 1,000 megawatt (MW) project, citing Energy Central, a trade publication, as the source.[1] No mention of such a facility can be found in the reports of the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority (PEDA), or in any source apart from the Energy Central article.
