William Eckhardt

William Eckhardt, Ph.D, was a mathematician, peace researcher and peace activist. He was the father of Chris Eckhardt, who was a plaintiff in the 1969 US Supreme Court case Tinker v. Des Moines, which established the 1st Amendment rights of students and teachers within the public schools.
