William T. Winters "has been Co-Chief Executive Officer for JPMorgan Investment Bank of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., since March 2004. Mr. Winters assumed day-to-day responsibility for the business and served as Deputy co-heads of the Investment Bank at J.P. Morgan Chase and serves as Global Head of its Credit & Rate Markets business. He has primary responsibility oversight for Europe and Asia-Pacific at J.P. Morgan Chase. He has been a Director of JP Morgan Cazenove Limited (a Joint Venture) since November 2004." [1]
