Alexander Aguiar is a meteorologist and the forecaster for the MetSul Weather Center of Ulbra TV in Brazil. [1] He is also a contributor to the conservative International Climate and Environmental Change Assessment Project (ICECAP), which promotes the views of climate change skeptics.

International Conference on Climate Change

Aguiar was a speaker at the International Conference on Climate Change (2009), a gathering of climate change skeptics hosted by the conservative think tank the Heartland Institute. His presentation was titled "Dubious Connections between Global Warming and Extreme Weather Events." [2]
