The California Association of Pest Control Advisers (CAPCA) is an organization that represents "more than 75% of the nearly 3,000 California EPA licensed pest control advisers (PCAs)" in California.[1] CAPCA was originally organized in the early 1970's and it consists of 16 chapters in various agricultural areas throughout California. CAPCA is organized as a non-profit 501c(6) corporation. It is a member of the Alliance for Food and Farming.

CAPCA says its mission is "to facilitate the success of the licensed pest control adviser" and to "serve as the leader in the evolution of the pest management industry through the communication of reliable information."[2] Members include agricultural consulting firms, U.C. Cooperative Extension Service, city, county and state municipalities, public agencies, privately employed, forensic pest management firms, biological control suppliers, distributors, dealers of farm supplies, seed companies, laboratories, farming companies and manufacturers of pest management products.
