The Commonwealth Foundation for Public Policy Alternatives is a Pennsylvania based free-market think tank. Commonwealth states that its fundamental mission is to "craft free-market policies, convinces Pennsylvanians of their benefits, and counters attacks on liberty." [1]


FAIR, the national media watch group, called Commonwealth Foundation one of the "Heritage Clones in the Heartland".[2]


Funding

The Commonwealth Foundation for Public Policy Alternatives is a member of Internet Freedom Coalition.[3] Their internet record shows no significant involvement in Net Neutrality issues.

The Koch Family Foundation has provided the Commonwealth Foundation with over 9,000 in annual funding since 2007. [4]
