David Syre

David Syre is leader who has "guided Trillium Corporation from a regional real estate development company in 1974, to an international global investment company with a strategically diverse portfolio. In large part, Trillium's success has been due to David's expertise at structuring highly complex legal transactions and financial planning for real estate and resource opportunities.

"David has been active in a diverse range of professional and community projects throughout his career. His involvement has included serving as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Denver Union Terminal; Board Member of Whatcom Museum of History and Art; Board Member of the World Forestry Center; Board of Trustees for the Nature Conservancy; Board Member of Peoples Bank; and Board of Directors of the Bellingham Bay Foundation.

"Prior to founding Trillium Corporation, David was in a private law practice and commercial banking. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Washington State University and a law degree from Gonzaga University." [1]
