According to the Eloqua, Inc. website, "Eloqua was incorporated under the laws of Delaware on June 9, 2006 and was formed to effect a re-organization of our corporate structure whereby the pre-existing legal entity, Eloqua Corporation, became a consolidated subsidiary of the Company. Eloqua Corporation was incorporated under the Ontario Business Corporations Act on January 11, 2000. The Company's business is a continuation of Eloqua Corporation."[1] Eloqua provides on-demand Revenue Performance Management, or RPM, software solutions.[1]

Eloqua stock has been publicly offered since August 1st, 2012 and its principal offices are in Vienna, VA. Oracle Corp acquired Eloqua, Inc. on December 20, 2012.[2]

Ties to Pete Peterson's "Fix the Debt"

The Campaign to Fix the Debt is the latest incarnation of a decades-long effort by former Nixon man turned Wall Street billionaire Pete Peterson to slash earned benefit programs such as Social Security and Medicare under the guise of fixing the nation's "debt problem."
