The Foreign Felon Gun Prohibition Act of 2007 (H.R.1168) [1] is a piece of U.S. gun control legislation introduced by Rep. Carolyn McCarthy (D-N.Y.) on February 16, 2007 to the House Judiciary Committee. On March 19, 2007, the bill was referred to the Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security.

The measure would would amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to extend the federal criminal code to extend prohibitions against the sale, disposition, shipment, possession, transfer, or receipt of a firearm or ammunition by convicted felons to felons convicted in a foreign court.
