Francisco Capella is a Founding Member of the Instituto Juan de Mariana. He was a speaker at the International Conference on Climate Change, a gathering of climate change skeptics hosted by the conservative think tank, the Heartland Institute. His presentation was titled, "Climate Change and the Ethics of Freedom." [1]
