Howard Maccabee

Howard Maccabee was the founding president of DDP (Doctors for Disaster Preparedness) and is currently on the Board of Directors. He received a Ph.D. from UC Berkeley in 1996, writing his dissertation research on radiation biophysics. [1]

Climate Change Skeptic
Although Maccabee has no credentials related to climatology, he is a climate change skeptic who gave a presentation at the International Conference on Climate Change (2009) hosted by the conservative think tank, the Heartland Institute. [2]
