John Driscoll is the Democratic nominee in the 2008 congressional elections for the At-Large Congressional District (map) of Montana. He is the Democratic nominee seeking to challenge incumbent Rep. Denny Rehberg (R-Mont.). He won in primary elections which took place on June 3, 2008. [1]

Bio
Driscoll was a Montana State Representative (Hamilton) from 1973 to 1979, serving as Speaker of the House for the 1977 session. He was later a public service commissioner representing southwestern Montana from 1981-1993, and ran for the U.S. Senate in 2002 as a write-in candidate.[2]
2008 elections
Driscoll is the Democratic nominee seeking to challenge Rep. Denny Rehberg (R-Mont) in the 2008 congressional elections.[3] He defeated Helena attorney Jim Hunt in the primary elections which took place on June 3, 2008. [1]
