Xcel Energy also spent $120,000 on the services of Stuntz Davis & Staffier, P.C. in 2008 and a further $30,000 in the second quarter of 2009. The registered lobbyists working on the account in 2008 were Randall E. Davis and Ellen S. Young[1] who were joined by Stuntz in 2009.[2]
