"I am a part-time Research Tutor on the Clinical Psychology PsychD course at the University of Surrey. My original training was in statistics so I tend to work on projects with a major quantitative component. Much of my previous research was on behavioural interventions to improve sexual and reproductive health in Africa but my focus is now more on UK-based work. My present research interests include psychological aspects of reproductive and sexual health; the evidence base for the effectiveness of psychotherapy; evaluation of interventions (particularly using randomised controlled trials); and psychiatric epidemiology."
