Marianne Eterno is the Assistant Vice President of Government Relations at Guarantee Trust Life Insurance. Guarantee offers health, accident, life and special risk insurance and was founded in 1936.

Eterno is also the Co-Chair for the Health and Human Services Task Force of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC).
