Matt Well is a founding partner of the PR company, The Herald Group. He resigned his position as Director of Public Affairs with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission June 30, 2005. He was the Republican Leadership Council’s director of issues advocacy during the 2000 campaign. He also headed field operations for the American Tort Reform Association, which advocates caps to punitive damages awarded by courts. [1]
