Morton Brilliant is campaign manager for Democrat Cathy Cox's gubernatorial campaign in Georgia. He was recently involved in the Washington State Governor's race recount, which swung to Democrat Christine Gregoire on the third count. He was previously Deputy Campaign Manager for Jim Hodges' successful South Carolina governor's race in 1998, and worked as his Deputy Chief of Staff. Before that, he was a political director at the South Carolina Democratic Party. He went to George Washington School of Law.
