National Center for Human Rights Education

The National Center for Human Rights Education (NCHRE), "founded in 1996, is the first human rights education organization in the United States that focuses primarily on domestic human rights violations." [1]

Mission: "To build a domestic human rights movement in the United States by training community leaders, grassroots organizations, activists, individuals, and students to apply human rights standards to issues of injustice." [2]
