Biographical Information

"Peter Staudenmaier (1965-) lives in Wisconsin. He has been an active participant in the anarchist movement, the green movement, and the cooperative movement in the United States and Germany for over two decades. He co-wrote the book Ecofascism: Lessons from the German Experience with Janet Biehl.

"Peter's work as a historian focuses among other things on Nazism and Fascism, the history of racial thought, and the political history of environmentalism. He is professor of modern German history at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin." [1]

His brother is Michael Staudenmaier.
