RIT Capital Partners plc (RITCP), established in 1988, is an investment trust listed on the London Stock Exchange, with "a widely diversified portfolio currently valued at about £700 million."[1]

Rothschild Capital Management Limited, its wholly-owned subsidiary which is regulated by the FSA in the conduct of investment business and whose registered office is at 27 St James's Place, London SW1A 1NR. J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited acts as RITCP Corporate Secretary.[2]
  • NR Ventures Ltd. is the venture capital arm of Nathaniel [Jacob] Rothschild. RIT Capital Partners PLC is an investment trust quoted on the London Stock Exchange whose chairman is Lord Rothschild.

On 30 May, 2012, it was announced that RIT Capital Partners "is to buy a 37 per cent stake in" Rockefeller Financial Services. "The deal stemmed from a meeting two years ago when Mr Rockefeller introduced" Lord Jacob Rothschild "to the US group’s chief executive, Reuben Jeffery. In a follow-up meeting one year later at Lord Rothschild’s office at Spencer House in London, the financier won Mr Jeffery’s blessing for opening talks to buy a stake in the Rockefeller group." [1]
