Robert Abboud is the Democratic candidate for the 16th Congressional District of Illinois

Robert "Bob" Abboud is the Democratic candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 16th Congressional District (map) of Illinois.[1][2]

On February 5, 2008, he won the Democratic nomination to challenge for incumbent Rep. Donald Manzullo's (R-Ill.). seat by running unopposed in the Democratic primary.[3]
