According to its website, Vornady Realty Trust is a publicly-owned, "fully-integrated real estate investment trust (REIT). Vornado is one of the largest owners and managers of commercial real estate in the United States… primarily located in the New York and Washington, DC Area."[1]Vornado Realty Trust was originally formed from Two Guys, a discount store chain founded in 1947.[2] The company is headquartered in New York, New York.[1]

In 2011, Vornado Realty Trust reported $2,915,665,000 in total revenues.[3]

Ties to Pete Peterson's "Fix the Debt"

The Campaign to Fix the Debt is the latest incarnation of a decades-long effort by former Nixon man turned Wall Street billionaire Pete Peterson to slash earned benefit programs such as Social Security and Medicare under the guise of fixing the nation's "debt problem."
