Biographical Information

Former General Counsel and Director at the African Development Bank, Dr. Adesegun Akin-Olugbade is Executive Director and General Counsel of the African Finance Corporation. He has over 25 years of experience in the legal and financial sector, having worked at both technical and management levels, in the public and private sector, for leading corporate and commercial law firms, development banks and international financial institutions.

"Adesegun was also the pioneer Chief Legal Officer and Head of the Legal Services Department of the African Export-Import Bank (Afrexim Bank). He holds a doctorate and masters degree from Harvard Law School."[1]
