"The Artha Venture Challenge (AVC) is funded by the Artha Platform and its founding organisation Rianta Philanthropy Ltd. The idea of the venture challenge and much of its process comes from the innovative team at UnLtd UK. Our mandate is to find and support ambitious Indian social entrepreneurs with access to finance and powerful connections to help them raise investment, get past the pain of due diligence and scale their ventures.

"We also seek to energise and add urgency to the process of impact investing in India by serving as a catalyst for our peer investor community, with a focus on lowering the transaction costs of the investment process. The ArthaPlatform.com has been developed with this end in mind as a free tool for the impact ecosystem, and for the benefit of investors, entrepreneurs and all the organisations in between who are willing to share their processes and knowledge."[1]
