Aurel-Dragos Munteanu, "former Ambassador of Romania to the United Nations and to the United States, is the Executive Vice President of the Institute. Ambassador Munteanu served as president of the United Nations Security Council during the Gulf War and has a long experience in multilateral political and economic negotiations. The ambassador is an author of books and contributions to academic magazines. After getting degrees in his native country Romania, he attended the International Writing Workshop at Iowa University and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School." [1]
