Bader Rutter & Associates (BR) is an independent, full-service, integrated marketing services agency headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin with service offices in Lincoln, Nebraska and Chicago, Illinois.

The Holmes Report noted in November 2001 that the firm was "once best known for its work in the agribusiness sector, Bader Rutter now generates about 60 percent of its revenues from non-agricultural clients." It added the BR's "PR department was founded when the agency was just five years old and provides about one-third of the firm's net income, reporting fees of around $4.9 million in 2000." [1]

Income and employee totals

In May 2007, O'Dwyer's PR listed BR as earning $6,378,649 in net fees in 2006, up 7.1% on the previous year. It notes the firm has 48 employees. [2] BR states on its website that it has 147 "associates".

As of 2008, BR has 150 employees and $19 million in gross revenue.[citation needed]

Personnel

In October 2005, BR announced that Carol Gessert had been named vice president and chief financial officer of the marketing agency. [3]
